​THE SECRETS OF GOOD COOKING

You recite the Holy Names when you’re cooking, then the food will taste especially blessed and nutritious and tasty.

​Cooking must not be very luxurious but taste good. 

The secret of good tasting is the right ingredients: Salt, pepper, and also a little sugar and all that.

Right amount.

Don't need to put a lot of things inside to make it taste good, just right amount. 

Mostly, if you put a little bit sugar in same amount, and salt, it would taste good. Add some Maggi in it, put always some Maggi or other - a dash - inside.

Should sometimes you cook lousy,
put Maggi in, people can swallow it.

That's the secret.

Or cook some soup, and they want to put them together and drop it down fast.

you should be happy, be loving,
and recite the Five Holy Names.

​If you don’t practice the Quan Yin Method of meditation, recite the name of Buddha, Jesus Christ, or any religious leader, or your own mantra.

​It’s better not to gossip or think nonsense while cooking, so that the food has more blessings. 

Your reciting will bring blessings, so when they eat your food, they will be healthier and happier.

BÍ QUYẾT NẤU ĂN NGON

Nếu quý vị mật niệm Hồng Danh khi nấu ăn, thức ăn sẽ được gia trì đặc biệt, thơm ngon, và bổ dưỡng hơn.

Nấu ăn không cần phải sang trọng lắm nhưng phải ngon. 

Bí quyết nấu ăn ngon là đúng vật liệu: 
Muối, tiêu, và một chút đường, v.v.

Đúng số lượng. 

Không cần cho nhiều thứ vào mới ngon, chỉ cần đúng số lượng. 

Thường thì nếu quý vị cho chút ít đường trong cùng số lượng, và muối, thức ăn sẽ ngon. Thêm vào chút Maggi, luôn cho vào một chút Maggi, hoặc loại khác, một chút.

Đôi lúc nếu quý vị nấu không ngon,
nếu cho Maggi vào, là có thể nuốt trôi.

Đó là bí quyết. 

Hoăc nấu một ít canh, rồi họ muốn trộn chung với nhau và nuốt xuống nhanh.

Khi nấu ăn,
quý vị nên vui vẻ, thương yêu
và niệm Năm Hồng Danh.

Nếu không tu Pháp Môn Quán Âm, thì quý vị niệm danh Phật, Chúa, hoặc bất cứ vị lãnh đạo tôn giáo nào, hay câu thần chú riêng của quý vị.

Tốt hơn nên tránh tán gẫu hoặc suy nghĩ vớ vẩn trong khi nấu ăn, để thức ăn có nhiều sức gia trì hơn.

Sự trì niệm của quý vị sẽ đem lại sức gia trì, rồi khi người ta ăn thức ăn quý vị nấu, họ sẽ khỏe mạnh hơn và vui vẻ hơn.
