REMEDY FOR NIGHT COUGH


Every night before I go sleep, I fill the flask like that, exactly the same. It’s still warm until the next morning, so I can drink if I need to, sometimes. Sometimes, at night, I cough.

If you cough, you just sip three small sips of water, and it will stop. I don’t mean when you have a cold or something, but it could be like dust, something coming in to irritate your throat.

You sip three small sips, just water.
Cold water’s also OK. But if I already have a warm flask, I use it.

​I put another cup next to it with cold water already, so if it’s too hot, I mix it to make it warm, and then I drink. But in the morning, all day it will be warm. Just nice to drink.

CÁCH TRỊ HO BAN ĐÊM


Mỗi đêm trước khi đi ngủ, tôi đổ đầy bình giống như vậy, giống y hệt. Tới sáng hôm sau vẫn còn ấm, để tôi có thể uống nếu cần, thỉnh thoảng. Đôi khi, ban đêm, tôi ho.

Nếu ho, quý vị chỉ nhấp ba ngụm nước nhỏ, rồi cơn ho sẽ ngưng. Tôi không có ý nói khi quý vị bị cảm lạnh hay gì đó, nhưng có thể như bụi, cái gì đó vào trong làm cổ họng ngứa.

Quý vị nhấp ba ngụm nhỏ, chỉ nước thôi. Nước lạnh cũng được. Nhưng nếu tôi đã có bình nước ấm, thì tôi dùng nó.

​Tôi đặt bên cạnh nó một tách nước lạnh, nếu nước trong bình quá nóng, thì tôi pha vào nước lạnh để làm ấm, rồi uống. Nhưng buổi sáng, cả ngày nước sẽ ấm. Uống thật dễ chịu.
