Spring has arrived. Heaven and Earth are jubelant, all things rejuvenated. The apricot blossoms. The firecrackers lit cheerfully. People wish one another happiness and success, in both spiritual and worldly life.  Every mid-autumn season, children run here and there joyfully with colorful lanterns. No one knows exactly when the lantern parade tradition began, we’ve only been told that it’s closely connected to a beautiful and touching legend.

According to Aulacese belief, the Kitchen God reports to the Jade Emperor on the 23rd day of the last lunar month every year about how things stand on Earth. This year especially, the Kitchen God has to ride the cloud in a hurry back to Heaven before the appointed day.  A Suit of Traditional Folk Music Genres from Central Âu Lạc (Vietnam), including:
The Bodhisattva’s Lotus (Đóa Sen Bồ Tát), Longing for the Beloved (Lý Vọng Phu), and The Rock-and-Roll Weather (Hò Mưa Nắng Xàng Xê)  "The Legend of The Sticky Rice Cake" is about the origin of one of the most popular traditional Aulacese treats, the sticky rice cakes!
