Try to recite the Holy Names. Not difficult! Very easy, you put, you write it everywhere, on the bathroom mirror, ‘Holy Names,’ on the door before you go out, on the door before you come in.

On the pillow, ‘Holy Names,’ when you sit, you write down in the front of you, ‘Holy Names.’

The Holy Names will calm you, will replace other confusing thoughts. Protect you.

And then before you meditate, you pray very hard, sincerely, to help you to calm down, and to concentrate. And write the ‘Holy Names,’ ‘Holy Names’ everywhere, so that wherever you see it, you remember to recite it, not just when you meditate. And then when you meditate, it becomes a habit.

Don’t wait until you meditate to recite the (Holy) Names.
Recite all day long.

Write it in front of your steering wheel in the car, everywhere. Okay? On the steering wheel. On your seat, on your pillow, remind yourself, okay?

Hãy cố gắng niệm Hồng Danh. Không khó đâu! Rất dễ. Quý vị hãy viết xuống ở tất cả mọi nơi, viết lên tấm gương trong nhà tắm, trên cửa trước khi quý vị ra ngoài, trên cửa trước khi quý vị vào nhà.

Viết lên gối “Hồng Danh,” khi quý vị ngồi, quý vị viết xuống trước mặt, “Hồng Danh,”

Hồng Danh sẽ giúp quý vị bình tĩnh, sẽ thay thế những ý nghĩ rối bời bằng thứ khác. Bảo vệ mình.

Và trước khi ngồi thiền, hãy cầu nguyện thật thành tâm để giúp quý vị bình tâm và tập trung. Và viết “Hồng Danh”, “Hồng Danh” khắp mọi nơi, để bất kỳ nơi đâu quý vị nhìn thấy, quý vị sẽ nhớ để niệm, không chỉ khi ngồi thiền mà thôi. Rồi khi quý vị ngồi thiền, nó trở thành thói quen.

Đừng đợi đến khi quý vị ngồi thiền mới niệm Hồng Danh.
Hãy niệm suốt ngày.

Hãy viết ngay trước vô-lăng trên xe quý vị, ở khắp mọi nơi. Được chứ? Trên vô-lăng. Trên ghế ngồi, trên gối, hãy tự nhắc nhở chính mình, được chứ?
