Sometimes I find it difficult to meditate. It is hard for me to concentrate. However, when I finished meditation, I feel that I have been in another level, and I feel good.

​Is it possible to go to another level and feel good, even though it's hard for me to concentrate during my meditation?


​SM:  Yes, yes. It's possible. It's possible.

​Because it's difficult for you to concentrate at a long stretch of time.

And even though you don't concentrate for the whole time of meditation, but you might have been able to glimpse, like to switch into another dimension for may be one second or two seconds.

​That is like eternal already. 

It will benefit you anyway. 
​So, just try your best, all right?

Chỉ Việc Cố Gắng Hết Sức Mình

D: ​Đôi khi con thấy thiền khó quá. Tập trung khó quá. Nhưng khi xả thiền, con có cảm giác như đang ở một đẳng cấp khác, và cảm thấy khỏe khoắn.

Có thể nào lên đẳng cấp khác và cảm thấy khỏe khoắn, mặc dù lúc thiền con tập trung rất khó?


SP: Có, có chứ. Điều đó có thể có. Có thể xảy ra. 

Bởi vì khó cho quý vị tập trung được lâu.

Và cho dù quý vị không tập trung suốt buổi thiền, nhưng cũng có thể nhìn được một thoáng, như là chuyển sang một chiều không gian khác, có thể là một hoặc hai giây. 

​Thì đó cũng là vĩnh hằng rồi.

Cũng sẽ có lợi cho quý vị.
​Cho nên, cứ cố gắng hết sức mình.
