How to Make Salted Olives

You wash the olives, the fresh olive, and then you wash them, and then soak them in salt water for two weeks.

After two weeks, you take out as much as you use every day and wash it until not too much salt anymore. Wash it three, four times and then eat like that.

Oh, it tastes so delicious!

It tastes different than the olive that are wrinkled and put in a bag. It's completely different. It tastes just like olive! So beautiful, and the color is still fresh, like green or black.

Cách Làm Ô-liu Muối


Quý vị rửa trái ô-liu tươi, sau đó ngâm nước muối hai tuần.

Sau hai tuần, mỗi ngày cần ăn bao nhiêu thì vớt ra bấy nhiêu, rửa lại cho đến khi không còn mặn nữa. Rửa lại ba, bốn lần rồi ăn như vậy thôi.

Ô, ngon lắm!

Tôi học cách này từ cửa hàng ở Tây Ban Nha. Họ nói cho tôi biết.

Trái ô-liu nhìn xanh tươi như vừa mới từ trên cây xuống vì đúng là vừa mới từ trên cây xuống mà. Quý vị phải giữ tươi như vậy. Chỉ cần ngâm nước muối hai tuần. Sau đó cần bao nhiêu thì vớt ra rồi rửa lại, và ăn liền. Ngon tuyệt! 

Mùi vị rất khác so với loại ô-liu khô nhăn đóng gói. Hoàn toàn khác. Ăn giống y như là ô-liu, rất ngon và màu sắc vẫn còn tươi, vẫn còn xanh hoặc đen.
